§ 1 General business terms

The following general trading conditions (AGB) regulate all contractual relations, sales and their execution between Unity Records and its customers . They apply to all contracts that are made/closed by/with Unity Records for/with all customers our Top100-Online-Shop ,and are valid in this version at the time of the order.
Sales/customer-service will accord exclusively due to these AGB. Deviating telephone or verbal agreements are not recognized by Unity Records. Reasonable changes, technical and other improvements, deviations from and into our Top100, all Records/music carriers, packing and technical data changes are reserved by Unity Records.

§ 2 Prices/Worldwide delivery/Payment

All prices are valid at the day of shipment.
Minimum order-value is 35.00€
All prices understand themselves excluding transport and insurance. Postage and packing costs amount to 6.90€ for shipment within Germany. Postage and forwarding expenses for Orders within Germany of 100€ value ore more are furnished by Unity Records. For worldwide postage and packing costs please check your country in our orderlist/ ordering process or click "shipping costs". All orders must be paid in advance. We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discovery -via PayPal- also Bank-transfers. If you simply want to order via pre-pay Bank-transfers please email us under info@unityrecords.de. All our prices include the legal added tax of present 19%.

Unity Records ships with German Post. All special and additional delivery services for our customers are billed with the general extra costs of the deliverer. In case of non stored and non available but offered products, we try to deliver as fast as possible. After a delivery left Unity Records the risk of damage or loss is with the purchaser. Statements to delivery dates are noncommittal if not explicitly stated otherwise.
Unity Records guarantees the legal return right for not used and original packed articles within 14 days. Resulting postage and forwarding expenses are to be carried by the customer. The return is accepted only if postage is sufficient .

§ 3 Ownership

The commodity remains our property up to the complete payment. The Buyer has only order over the commodity as permitted in the regular course of business, our commodity may not be pawned nor conveyed for safety device.

§ 4 Liability

Unity Records is released from its delivery obligations in case of not being supplied correctly or in time by our suppliers.

§5 Duties

The buyer/customer is committed to supply truthful personal data .The customer/buyer has to ensure that the E-Mail address indicated is always attainable and valid . Each order is examined for discrepancies. Obvious fraud (wrong name specified/credit card fraud etc..) will be brought to prosecution.

§ 6 Final regulations

Unity Records AGB in German apply exclusively for Germany. Our English AGB apply internationally. German law applies. UN Law is excluded.
